Job Title: Infor Solution Architect (Syteline CloudSuite)
Location: 100% onsite nearby Buena Park, CA

Compensation: $130,000 to 160,000 annual salary (based on experience)

The Infor Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the optimization and automation of business processing using the Infor Cloud Suite Industrial systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Infor, Syteline, CSI, and CRM SLX systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with key personnel to meet both technical and business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead the optimization of Infor systems, ensuring the scalability, security, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for Infor solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Infor solutions that meet business needs, integrating with other business applications as necessary.
  • Design and develop Birst reports and dashboards to support ongoing business operations and department needs.
  • Customize Infor systems and configure modules when an Out-Of-Box solutions do not meet business requirements, ensuring proper alignment with business processes.
  • Oversee the integration of the Infor systems with other enterprise applications (CRM, HRMS, Financial Systems, etc.).
  • Provide guidance to management, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely project delivery.
  • Work with division managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for Infor optimizations and customizations.
  • Ensure thorough testing of the Infor system to meet performance, security, and quality standards.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of the Infor system.
  • Plan and manage Infor system upgrades to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for solution design, optimization steps, and system configurations.
  • Commit to a challenging role that utilizes advanced technical skills to enhance complex software systems

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Infor architecture, design, and implementation (10 years preferred)
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading Infor implementations from start to finish
  • Proven ability to integrate Infor systems with other enterprise applications and data sources
  • Functional knowledge in other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience in Infor module customization, configuration, and report development
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to find creative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and demonstrated success in problem-solving
  • Deep understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Manufacturing

SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in designing and architecting business application, with expertise in supporting Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial installations
  • Extensive knowledge of the Infor Mongoose framework, including the Syteline (CSI) database, IDOs, and specialization in .NET, C#, and custom scripting
  • Strong understanding of data management and integration tools
  • Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
